Mhairi McKay led her team to victory in the Education is Freedom Charity Pro-Am on Kingsmill’s River Course on Monday. The EIF Charity Pro-Am benefits the youth of America in their dreams of attending college. EIF’s goal is to remove the economic obstacles to higher education by providing college scholarships for hard-working young people. Joining McKay in the scramble format tournament was Rod Frank, Joe Latchum, Linda Stenzel and Demetrios Stergiou.

The fourth annual Caddie Tournament was held on Monday, May 7. This one of a kind event is sponsored by Busch Gardens on the Bray Links and gives the caddies an opportunity to relax and have a little fun. The Caddie Tournament is a Captain’s Choice 3-man format played with two teams of three players on each hole. After the caddies are treated to dinner and some ice-cold Michelob ULTRA, they have the chance to win $10,000 in a Hole-In-One contes
Pro-Am pairings for the Official LPGA Pro-Am were announced late Monday by Tournament Director Wayne Nooe with the help of LPGA Tour pro Lorie Kane and Gia Bocra, host of the FINE LIVING TV NETWORK series “The Wandering Golfer. Participants in the Official Michelob ULTRA Open at Kingsmill Pro-Am Tournament attended the MondayKingsmill Pro-Am Tournament attended the Monday Night Pairings Party; during the party teams were randomly paired with LPGA Tour players and participants learned if the luck of the draw was on their side.
