2004 Champion Se Ri Pak The 2004 Michelob ULTRA Open at Kingsmill, featuring a purse of $2.2 million, showcased the world's best female professional golfers, including amateur phenom, Michelle Wie. The tournament was highlighted by 6 total hours of live television coverage on ESPN, Friday-Sunday, with the final round concluding on Mother's Day!

Going into the final day, Se Ri Pak was four shots behind Cristie Kerr and Lorena Ochoa, but by day's end, Pak, who is renowned for going low on Sundays ended up the victor by a two-shot margin over Ochoa and Juli Inkster. Pak shot 70-71-69-65=275 (-9).The win, which was Pak's 22nd of her career and tenth come-from-behind victory, earned her the final and 27th point that is required for entry in the LPGA and World Golf Halls of Fame. She will join the current 22 Hall of Fame members after fulfilling the 10-year Tour membership requirement in 2007.
