The Tuesday AM/AM event gives you a chance to play a round of golf with your team in a scramble format in preparation for the Pro-Am on Wednesday. Awards will be given to the winning teams at the Wednesday night awards party.
How is the tee time and LPGA Pro chosen for each team?
On Monday evening,we host the Wednesday Pro-Am Pairings Party. This is a blind draw format to determine both the tee time and the LPGA Professional for each team. A pairings board is set up in the James River Grand Ballroom for this occasion. The Pro-Am committee along with the host of the event will randomly pick an LPGA Professional from the barrel and then pair them with a randomly selected amateur team. Immediately following the pairings party, a printed pairings sheet as well as player bios will be available for Pro-Am contestants.
What is the maximum handicap?
The maximum handicap index is 28 for men and 32 for women. Your handicap should be listed on the entry form when it is submitted.
What is the format of play?
The format of play is a Scramble. Standard scramble format has each player tee off on each hole. After all five players tee off the team chooses the best tee shot and each player plays their next shot from that position. This continues until one ball is holed out and that determines the team score. Maximum score on any hole is par.

There is an awards party following the Pro-Am on Wednesday evening in the James River Grand Ballroom, which is located in the main level of the Kingsmill Resort Center. The awards will be announced for the Tuesday Warm Up event as well as the Wednesday Pro-Am event.
